What to Expect

You'll be greeted by our Patient Scheduling Advocate, Marcela!

Present your health insurance and ID for us to make a photo copy for our records.

If you hadn't prior to your appointment, you'll fill out new patient paperwork in our waiting area.

After your paperwork is complete, you'll be taken on a tour of the office to see where all services happen.

You'll get your photos taken for a posture screen prior to your initial exam.

You'll meet with Dr. Rich to discuss your specific issue and determine which services are most appropriate for your condition.

If you decide to move forward, the examination and first treatment will occur on day one.

Typically after your first treatment, Katlynn, our Chiropractic Technician, will apply any treatment modalities that Dr. Rich ordered.

Our Patient Scheduling Advocate, Marcela, will schedule you for your full report of findings with Dr. Rich.
